Each year, the
ISSO offers a Visa and Immigration Workshop for all international
graduate and undergraduate students new to Boston University.
The workshop is part of Boston University's University
Orientation.
The workshop
includes critical information about maintaining your lawful immigration
status in the U.S. It is highly recommended for all
new international students.

from other international students about how they have handled culture
shock and adjustment to the United States. Put American values into
perspective, learn effective ways to communicate in the U.S context,
and discover ways to build your own community within BU through
involvement in student organizations and groups.
