Reminder: ISSO Administrator Training Sessions – April 2009
As a reminder,
the ISSO will offer two training sessions for BU administrators
and hosts. These training sessions will cover BU immigration
sponsorship policies, review ISSO paperwork required for sponsoring
scholars in H-1, J-1, TN and O-1 immigration status and will review
forms used for notifying the ISSO of scholar departures from BU
as well as changes in employment.
Administrators
who have attended a similar session in the past are encouraged to
attend again. The Spring 2009 sessions will include further discussion
of anticipated changes to the H-1B and J-1 programs in the coming
