Meeting Dates

Full Board Review: See the chart below for IRB meeting dates and submission deadlines.  All documents must be received by the IRB by the listed “Submission Deadline” in order for a submission to be considered for review at the meeting.  This applies to all submissions (new application, amendments, progress reports, deviations, unanticipated problems, and adverse events) that require full board review.

Note:  Please plan accordingly for progress reports.  For example, if your study is scheduled to expire on February 25 it must be reviewed at the February 21 meeting.  Therefore, the progress report documents must be received by the IRB office by February 10, 2012.

Progress Reports for Expedited Studies:  Continuing review documents are due 30 days prior to the study’s expiration date if the study can be reviewed by expedited procedures.
