Faculty Search: Professor of the Practice of U.S. Diplomacy or National Security Policy
The Department of International Relations at Boston University invites applications for a Professor of the Practice of U.S. Diplomacy or National Security Policy, pending final budgetary approval. The successful candidate will be a distinguished practitioner with a career in U.S. diplomacy or national security policy. Career diplomats with ambassadorial experience, flag officers from any branch of the U.S. military, and practitioners with equivalent experience and stature are encouraged to apply. The Professor of the Practice will teach courses on diplomacy, foreign policymaking, security policy, and/or international organizations, as well as advise and mentor our students pursuing professional careers in international relations.
