Stacy Fox

stacy-photo-siteStacy Fox is the Associate Director of the Initiative on Cities at Boston University, where she is responsible for critical IOC operations and strategy, including leading the successful implementation of high profile research projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, managing the Initiative’s finances, and overseeing marketing and events. Prior to joining the Initiative, Stacy was a Planner with the Cambridge Housing Authority where she managed the rehabilitation and capital improvement plans for several multifamily developments in Cambridge Housing’s portfolio. Stacy also served as an Associate with the Technical Assistance Collaborative, a national nonprofit organization that advances proven solutions to the housing and community support services needs of low-income people with disabilities and people who are homeless. In this role, she provided comprehensive technical assistance and consultation to HUD- and VA-funded organizations on the issues of affordable and supportive housing. She regularly facilitated workshops and convened meetings with government officials, housing agencies, and service providers to help communities meet local and federal goals to end and prevent homelessness. Stacy received a Master of City Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Boston University.
