Our Visiting Chef Series is a program where we partner with a local restaurant or chef and feature their menu in our dining halls. It's a great way to showcase a talented menu to the BU community that sometimes may not get to experience it on their own. This December 12th we are partnering with Flour Bakery+Cafe in the South End. Lead by 2016 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Baker Joanne Chang we are so pleased to welcome the chef and her delicious bakery on the BU campus for the first time.

For this #BUVCS we will hold it in Marciano Commons, Warren Towers, & West Campus during Breakfast and Lunch. At Lunch we will also have this menu at the Fresh Fuel at Granby Commons location (Hillel House). Make sure to stop by and try some awesome Breakfast Cookies, or Banana Bread plus Mixed Grain & Chickpea Bowls or Slow-baked Atlantic Salmon and more!

Joanne Chang will be touring our locations on Wednesday if you'd like to meet her. She'll be at Marciano Commons at 11:00 am, Warren Towers at 11:45 am and West Campus about 12:30 pm. (the times subject to change)
