Local favorite chef/owner Joanne Chang, of Flour and Myers + Chang, joins us with her new cookbook, Flour, too: Indispensable Recipes for the Caf’s Most Loved Sweets and Savories. Chef Chang will demonstrate the sweet and savory recipes that have made her four Flour cafs Boston’s favorite stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests will sample recipes from the cookbook paired with wine, and receive a copy of this new book that will delight home cooks of all skill levels.
