Professors Tom Nichols and John Schindler of the Department of National Security Affairs, Naval War College, will discuss U.S. and NATO policy concerning the changing landscape of Europe in the wake of Russia's military maneuvers and unilateral annexation of Crimea. Professors Nichols is an eminent analyst of Russian foreign policy and post-Cold War Russian-American relations. Professor Schindler worked for many years in national intelligence and has both field and analytical experience in Russia. All are welcome. Q/A will follow the panel presentation.
