Prepare your staff to the meet the challenges presented by our aging society with online courses from IGSW at Boston University.  We offer convenient, high-quality online training designed for organizations in any practice setting that employ social workers, case managers and other social service and health professionals.  IGSW online training programs provide a cost-effective alternative to face-to-face training that will enable you to eliminate travel expenses and train staff at several locations with a single program.

IGSW Online Course Catalog Program

Choose from IGSW’s extensive course catalog, featuring more than 45 accredited online courses in aging.  Decide which courses are best for your organization and have staff take them at their own pace over the course of one year.  

IGSW Online Certificate in Aging Program

The IGSW Online Certificate in Aging will provide your staff with a core foundation of knowledge and skills in aging.  IGSW’s continuing education certificate will equip you with the essential skills required to work effectively with older adults.   Licensed social workers can also earn 21 CEUs.  Your staff will complete 5 courses from our extensive course catalog at their pace, within a period of one year from your enrollment date.

Training Support Services

Enhancing your training program doesn't have to create more work for managers.  IGSW will take the lead in managing the details of your staff training, from attendance to technical support. 

Course Registration

IGSW handles course registration for all staff users.   For organizations that employ licensed clinical social workers, IGSW offers continuing education credits.  

Technical Support

IGSW provides ongoing customer services and technical support to your staff.  Your staff can call IGSW directly with questions about our software and other issues.  

Management Reports

Your organization will receive ongoing reports to let you know how your staff is progressing in our training program.  On a monthly basis, you will receive a summary report allowing you to track staff enrollment and completion, all users will receive a user profile summarizing participant characteristics and completion statistics.
