Directors

The advisory board for ICE is composed of entrepreneurs, business men and women, and community development specialists drawn from different racial and ethnic backgrounds in the Boston area.

The board has met on numerous occasions and is now divided among five committees.

The Steering Committee is chaired by Peter Russo, the Director of the Entrepreneurial Management Institute at Boston University and also includes chairs of the four other subcommittees:
Program: Keith Castle of Global One Resources and the Black-Jewish Economic Roundtable
Marketing: Darryl Settles owner of Bob The Chef's restaurant
Research: Alvaro Lima of Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and Development and John Feloni of Feloni and Company, Inc.
