All participants must register for the conference, either using the
on-line form or by downloading the text form, filling it out, and returning
it by email, FAX, or surface mail.
Registration Fees:
Early Registration (before April 30, 2003) Conference Fee = $200
Late Registration (after April 30, 2003) Conference Fee = $225
The conference fee covers:
conference materials and rentals
the book form of the proceedings
all participant meals and conference events from Sunday evening
through Tuesday afternoon.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Registered participants may cancel their attendance prior to April
30, 2003 and receive a full refund of any paid registration fee.
Cancellations of paid registration fees after April 30, 2003 will
be refunded $125.
