Rooms for the meeting have been block reserved at the Student Village, the new high-rise housing facility for students on the Boston University campus. The Village is located at 10 Buick Street, off 880 Commonwealth Ave on the river side of Commonwealth Ave.

All rooms are single rooms which accommodate one person. Two rooms share one bathroom, with toilet, shower, and sink.

The Student Village features views overlooking the Charles River, the Boston University campus, downtown Boston, as well as MIT, Brookline, and Allston.

Room Rates

Rooms at the Student Village may be reserved from noon on Sunday, June 15th, through 10am on Wednesday, June 18th, or any portion inbetween. Student Village room rates are $51 per night, including all taxes and fees. Please note that each room only accommodates one person. Rooms will be reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis. When the block of 125 rooms is filled, participants will need to find other accommodations.

Staying off Campus
