The Trapezium. This false-color image of the core of the Orion Nebula (M42) was created with SAOImage from a 1-second exposure in the R-band. It was taken using the SITe CCD by John Mattox on August 20, 1998. The Trapezium Quadruple, Theta Orionis, is at the lower left.
