The Human Resources Policy Institute (HRPI) was founded in 1981 as a partnership between
Boston University’s Questrom School of Business faculty and top-level human resources executives. HRPI holds semi-annual meetings during which members participate in sessions on leading-edge human resources topics as well as member roundtable discussions. The Institute also sponsors faculty and doctoral level research, develops case studies, conducts executive development programs, and acts as an information resource for members through surveys and our newsletter.
