This isan informal review of recent work on the Bushy Cell model originated by Rothman in 1993. Extensive recoding and testing has been done as part of the Earlab project, and in the process, several coding bugs have been discovered and fixed, and several scientific issues have been raised. In addition to serving as a testbed for the Earlab project, this model will serve as the basis for models of the MSO and IC cells.
