Computer Access Setup

Each department is responsible for ensuring that their new employees have the proper computers, software programs, and the appropriate system access they need to perform their jobs.

Each department has a designated individual (the Departmental Security Administrator, the Payroll/mail code Coordinator, the Department Administrator, or another designated individual) who is responsible for assisting employees with:

  • email setup
  • access to any necessary BU data systems
  • installation of any needed software
