Computer Access Setup

Your department is responsible for making sure that you have the proper computer equipment and programs as well as appropriate access to all systems you will need to perform your job.

As part of the Onboarding Process, you are sent an email when you are hired explaining how to set up your login and kerberos password. When you complete your I-9, the Onboarding Specialist will also approve the account you created.  You will have also created your email address.

Each department has a designated Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) or payroll coordinator who can help you access any necessary University data systems you will need for your job. For more information, contact your designated Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) or payroll coordinator.
