CENTER, GRADE 26
Assist with the School of Management’s Feld Career Center
eRecruiting system. Liase with companies to determine their
recruiting needs for students and alumni. Greet visitors and
answer in-person, telephone, facsimile and email inquiries.
Provide administrative backup for counseling and recruiting
staff, assist with event planning and execution. Coordinate
the selection, processing, supervision and assignment of student
employees and assist with special projects. Requires: Proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, two years of college
(B.A./B.S. preferred) or equivalent and three years of experience,
preferably in an academic business environment. This position
is 37.5 hours per week.

Act as the point of contact between the Media Group and its
clients. Address inquiries via telephone and in person, supervise
work study students and assist in the coordination of daily
student assignments and media service requests. Requires:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience operating audio/visual
equipment, two years of college or equivalent, and one year
of office experience. This position is Monday-Friday 7:00
a.m.-3:00 p.m. with occasional overtime.

Serve as the primary initial contact for the school of music
admissions process. Respond to inquiries from potential students

the audition schedule with faculty. Provide administrative
support for planning and execution of the regional audition
tour, coordinate travel arrangements and supervise and train
student employees. Requires: Proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel and Filemaker Pro, two years of college or equivalent
(B.A. in music preferred) and two years of related experience.

Provide clerical support to the benefits section of the Office
of Human Resources. Process benefit enrollment applications
for new employees. Prepare weekly reports to track the enrollment
of employees in the health plans, prepare written correspondence,
and research employee payroll deductions. Answer telephone
and written inquiries regarding the health and dental plans,
life insurance and tuition remission. Requires: Proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, two years of college
or equivalent and two years of related experience. This position
is 37.5 hours per week and is not covered by a collective
bargaining agreement.

Assist in managing the daily recruiting, marketing and admissions
operations of the graduate programs. Oversee the execution
of student affairs activities related to the LL.M programs.
Manage the LL.M admissions process from inquiry to matriculation.
Requires: Typing of 35 w.p.m., strong computer skills, ability
to use Filemaker Pro, and comfort with learning new computer
applications and communications technologies, two years of
college or equivalent, and three years of experience in admissions
related work.
