Real Estate & Rental Properties
As an employee of Boston University, you and your immediate family members have access to the Real Estate Advantage program. If you or a family member are buying, selling, or refinancing a home, be sure to consider taking advantage of this valuable benefit. The Real Estate Advantage benefit provides a cash back bonus* of from $300 to more than $2,000 on the purchase or sale of a property, depending on the property’s value, and $300 to $1,000 in mortgage credits depending on the mortgage loan amount.
The Real Estate Advantage Program is a free, optional program offered in all states.* You can find details about the program on the Real Estate Advantage Program website or by calling 1-800-396-0960 and asking to speak with the Program’s Personal Move Manager.
* The ability to pay a cash bonus may be modified or prohibited by law in some states.
Boston University also offers employees an opportunity to live on campus through the Office of Rental Property Management. The Boston University Rental Property Management office leases apartments owned by Boston University to full-time Boston University graduate students, current faculty and staff only. Our office does not lease apartments to undergraduate students or those not affiliated with Boston University. If you have questions, contact them by telephone at (617) 353-4101.
