Also gives information on continuing your coverage under COBRA after your plan coverage ends and/or you become eligible for Medicare.
- Prescription Drug Coverage — Explains how the prescription drug coverage works for all health plan options.
- Other Information — Covers legal issues (e.g., coordinating your benefits with other health care plans, HMO disclosure information, and recovering costs should another party be responsible for an illness or injury affecting your health care).
