On-campus housing is available during Summer 2009 to full-time matriculating Boston University students, students registered for Boston University Summer Term courses, and students enrolled in a Boston University recognized special summer program. Residence License Agreements for Summer 2009 are granted for both summer sessions or for separate summer sessions.

Download the Summer 2009 Application*

Carefully read the Terms and Conditions of the Summer 2009 Residence License Agreement before completing your Summer 2009 Application.

The application form is an interactive PDF. You may place your cursor over the appropriate field and type or select the information directly onto the form. The tab button on your keyboard may also be used to help guide you through the fields and options available on this form. Once you have completed the Summer 2009 Application, simply print it out, sign and date it, and return it with a $200 nonrefundable housing guarantee payment to:

Boston University Housing
25 Buick Street
Boston, MA 02215

Personal check, money order, or cashier's check made payable to Boston University.  No credit cards are accepted.

If you wish to reserve on-campus housing, you should return your Summer 2009 Application by:

  • Friday, April 24, 2009 for Summer Session 1 or both summer sessions, or
  • Friday, June 5, 2009 for Summer Session 2

If you are enrolled in a Boston University Summer Term course with dates that are different than Summer Session 1 (Tuesday, May 19—Friday, June 26, 2009) or Summer Session 2 (Monday, June 29—Friday, August 7, 2009), you must contact the Summer Housing Manager at 617-353-3511 and request the appropriate summer housing materials.

You are welcome to submit your housing materials and your housing guarantee payment after the above deadlines; however, it is important to note that residence assignments will be made in date received order on a space-available basis.

We also offer housing for non-Boston Univeristy students working as interns in the Boston area for the summer.  For more information, e-mail housing@bu.edu.
