How to apply
On-campus housing is available during Summer 2012 to full-time matriculating Boston University students, students registered for Boston University Summer Term courses, and students enrolled in a Boston University recognized special summer program. Residence License Agreements for Summer 2012 are granted for both summer sessions or for separate summer sessions.
The application form is an interactive PDF. You may place your cursor over the appropriate field and type or select the information directly onto the form. The tab button on your keyboard may also be used to help guide you through the fields and options available on this form. Once you have completed the Summer 2012 Housing Application, simply print it out, sign and date it, and return it with a $200 nonrefundable housing guarantee payment to:

Personal checks should be made payable to Boston University. No credit cards or cash will be accepted.
If you wish to reserve on-campus housing, you should return your Summer 2012 Application by:
- Friday, April 27, 2012 for Summer Session 1 or both summer sessions, or
- Friday, June 8, 2012 for Summer Session 2
If you are enrolled in a Boston University Summer Term course with dates that are different than Summer Session 1 (Tuesday, May 22–Friday, June 29, 2012) or Summer Session 2 (Monday, July 2–Friday, August 10, 2012), you must contact the Summer Housing Manager at 617-353-3511 and request the appropriate summer housing materials.
You are welcome to submit your housing materials and your housing guarantee payment after the above deadlines; however, it is important to note that residence assignments will be made in date received order on a space-available basis.
