College of General Studies freshmen who participated in summer orientation have a move-in date of:

Dining Service

On Saturday, January 13, 2018, Warren Towers Dining Hall re-opens for the Spring Semester. They will serve dinner between 5pm and 8pm on the 13th and brunch and dinner the following two days.  Marciano Commons and West Campus Dining Hall both re-open on Tuesday, January 16, at 10:00am


Move-in checklist for new students:

  • When you arrive on campus, check in at the residence office for your assigned residence. There you will be given the keys to your residence.
  • Go to the Terrier Card Office, located at 775 Commonwealth Avenue, lower level, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., to take a photo for and receive your Terrier Card. You must bring with you a state- or government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license).
  • To help you prepare for your move to campus, read about furnishings, what to bring, mail, telephones, and more in Safety & Services.
  • If you plan to live on campus, you must have completed the New Student Housing Application and submitted your $650 enrollment deposit. You will be contacted via e-mail with your room assignment in early January. At that time, you will also be given your check-in site, on-campus mailing address and telephone number, residence and dining plan charges, roommate’s name, and additional information regarding spring move-in.

Spring 2018 Closing

Residences close for the Spring 2018 semester at noon on Saturday, May 12, 2018 (except for degree candidates).
