Students may check in to their residences according to the following
schedule:
New and Continuing students
(including those returning from study abroad/internship

Dining service in the residence
dining rooms begins with dinner on Saturday, January 9, 2010.
Residences close for
the Spring 2010 semester at noon on Sunday, May 9, 2010 (except
for degree candidates).
Move-in checklist for new students:
- When you arrive on campus, check in
at the residence office for your assigned residence. There you
will be given the keys to your residence.
- Go to the Terrier Card Office, located at 775 Commonwealth Avenue,
lower level, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.,
to take a photo for and receive your Terrier
Card. You must bring with you a state- or government-issued
photo ID (such as a passport or driver's license).
- To help you prepare for your move to campus, read about furnishings,
what to bring, mail, telephones, and more in Safety
& Services.
- If you plan to live on campus, you must have completed your
Housing
Interests Survey and submitted your $650 enrollment deposit.
You will be contacted by telephone or e-mail with your room assignment
on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. At that time, you will also be
given your check-in site, on-campus mailing address and telephone
number, residence and dining plan charges, roommate's name, and
additional information regarding spring move-in.
