Located in the city of Boston, the School of Hospitality Administration — or SHA, as it is known to the Boston University community — offers the feel of a small college within a major metropolitan university. The School's full-time faculty are highly accomplished industry professionals who serve both as educators and advisors to prepare students for successful careers in hotel and restaurant management, events planning, travel administration, and hospitality consulting. Our students learn how to read critically, write effectively, and enrich their hospitality careers through knowledge of the arts, sciences, and many other areas of study. An education at the School of Hospitality Administration also means ready access to more than a thousand restaurants, a hundred hotels, three convention centers, and countless meeting, entertainment, and business venues, most within walking distance in this remarkable city we call home — Boston.
