Ken Hamlet currently serves as Chairman of Montesquieu Winery in San Diego, a full-service wine group that connects wine lovers with the very best wines in the world. Most recently, he has served as a Co-Managing Member at Monalex Partners, LLC. Mr. Hamlet has been a Senior Advisor at Crestview Partners, L.P. since July 2010. Mr. Hamlet has also served as Vice Chairman and President of Affinity Squared, Inc. and as the President of Knowledge Universe Executive Education and Conferences LLC. He also served as an Operating Partner at AEA Investors LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Holiday Inns Inc., in which role he helped to introduce two new brands, was instrumental in the acquisition of Harrah’s, and participated in the $2.5 billion recapitalization of Holiday Corp. in 1987.
He served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Holiday Corporation. Under his tenure, he assisted Holiday Corporation with the launch of the following brands: Harrah’s Gaming, Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites, Residence Inn as well as Holiday Corp.’s namesake, Holiday Inns. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Vistage International, Inc. (also known as TEC International). Mr. Hamlet was founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hamlet Holdings LLC.
