Jacqueline Sonnabend

Jacqueline Sonnabend is Executive Vice President of Sonesta International Hotels. In this role, she supervises two hotels with a combined revenue of over $25 million. Ms. Sonnabend supervises the Corporate Director of Regional Sales and 5 Regional Offices, as well as oversees all Human Resources and Training company-wide. Jacqueline is the co-founder and principle of Training by Design where she created an independent subsidiary out of a corporate division, expanded training offerings and client base, provided guidance and strategic direction. From 1985-1996, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA and the Director of Personnel from 1984-1985 for the same property. Prior to joining Sonesta, Ms. Sonnabend was the Director of Career Planning and Placement at Pace University. Her professional affiliations include membership on the board of the Big Sister Association of Boston, and the Community Dispute Settlement Center. She was also an adjunct faculty member of Lesley University.
