Robert Sage
President,
Sage Hotel Corporation
Robert Sage is President of Sage Hotel Corporation. He is the founder of the five original Fenway Motor Hotels and the Back Bay Hilton; responsible for the construction, planning and purchasing, management and operations of all hotels.
Well-known and respected, Mr. Sage is the recipient of several industry awards. His professional memberships and offices held include: President, New England, Hotel Sales Management Association (1965); President, Massachusetts Hotel-Motel Assoc. (1968-1970; 1982-1984); President, Greater Boston Hotel-Motor Inn Association (1970-1972); President, New England Innkeepers Association (1977-1978); Director, Massachusetts Restaurant Association (1971-1977); National Director, American Hotel & Motel Association (1975-1977); Chairman, Telecommunications Committee - American Hotel & Motel Association (1976-1979).
In 1974, Mr. Sage founded the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau and is currently the director.
