Richard Kaufman

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire's School of Hospitality Management, Mr. Kaufman brings over 30 years of experience to the position. Mr. Kaufman is responsible for the management of dining services for over 44 colleges and universities in the New England area, which includes Boston University. As Vice President for ARAMARK's Campus Services, Mr. Kaufman oversees the operations, sales, marketing, and human resources departments in the New England Region. Mr. Kaufman has held numerous field and staff positions during his 30 plus years in the hospitality industry. During his career Mr. Kaufman was also responsible for College recruiting and in that capacity taught classes at U-Mass Amherst, Cornell and the University of New Hampshire.
