Q: Where is the Florence & Chafetz Hillel House located?
A: The new Florence & Chafetz Hillel House is located at 213 Bay State Road, right in the middle of the Boston University Campus.
Q: Are there any Hillel activities for parents?
A: We have several programs throughout the year that are designed for families, including Move-In-Shabbat, Parents Weekend and several events throughout commencement weekend. Please register for our Hillel Happenings email newsletter or check our program calendar to learn about these events.
Q: Can I send my child a kosher birthday cake on his/her birthday?
A: Yes. We can make arrangements with the Kosher Dining Hall to prepare a special cake for your child on his/her birthday. Please contact the Hillel programming staff for this.
Q: Where does Hillel get its budget from?
A: As a non-profit organization, Hillel’s budget comes from support given by parents and community members.
Q: How can I help support Hillel’s extensive programming?
A: You can make a donation to Hillel, which will help ensure that we continue to host several hundred programs a year.
