Q: Where is the Florence & Chafetz Hillel House located?
A: The new Florence & Chafetz Hillel House is located at 213 Bay State Road, right in the middle of the Boston University Campus.
Q: Are there any Hillel activities for parents?
A: We have several programs and events throughout the year that are designed for families. Such as Move in Shabbat, Parents Weekend and several events throughout commencement weekend. Please register for our Hillel Happenings email newsletter or check our program calendar to learn about these events.
Q: Can I send my child a kosher birthday cake on his/her birthday?
A: Yes. We can make arrangements with the Kosher Dining Hall to prepare a special cake for your child on his/her birthday. Please contact the Hillel programming staff for this.
Q: Where does Hillel get its budget from?
A: As a non-profit, Hillel’s budget comes from support from parents and community members.
Q: How can I help support Hillel’s extensive programming?
A: You can make a donation to Hillel, which will help ensure that we continue to host several hundred programs a year.
