Student Group Program Reservation Form
All students groups must fill out and submit this form for any events taking place at or through Hillel. For outside events (university and private), please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Form must be submitted at least two (2) weeks before the event occurs in order to be posted on the media listed above. If this event is in Hillel then you must fill out a Room Setup Form with one of the Hillel staff members.
If the event requires funding from Hillel, please download this PDF to fill in *after* your event form has been completed to ask the Treasurer and the Hillel Student Advisor for funding.
