Nomi Mitchell

Nomi grew up in Providence, RI and attended Maimonides School in Brookline, MA. After high school, Nomi spent her gap year in Israel on Young Judaea Year Course, where she volunteered, taught English to Israeli high school students, and took Jewish Studies courses that were accredited through the American Jewish University. Nomi enlisted into the Israeli Defense Forces, serving two years as a combat soldier in Israel’s Home Front Command.  Nomi returned to the US to begin her undergraduate degree and graduated with a BA in Religion and Jewish Studies from Northeastern University in Boston.
