Ethan Sobel

EthanEthan Sobel is extremely excited to bring his energy for campus life to Boston University Hillel. Ethan has been programming for students at colleges and universities across the country for the past eight years. No stranger to Massachusetts and Boston, he completed his M.S. in Public Relations at Boston University and B.B.A. in Finance and Sport Management at UMass Amherst. Ethan has spent time working in student life at MIT and UMass Amherst, and has completed projects with the Combined Jewish Philanthropists of Greater Boston. Ethan currently serves on the Board of Directors for FLAG (Friends of Lesbians and Gays) Flag Football and the Boston University Jewish Cultural Endowment, and is a cellist in the Brookline Symphony Orchestra. Ethan is an avid LGBTQ activist, and has spent time working in the nonprofit sector for Nehirim, Athlete Ally and Greater Boston PFLAG. He currently resides in Cambridge.
