Mr. Hussein works as a Manager of Research and Marketing in the Investment Banking Division at National Bank of Oman. He Graduated from the College of Commerce and Economics in Sultan Qaboos University in 1997. Mr. Hussein's first job was as a stockbroker in Muscat Securities Market in Oman in 1997. In 2000, Ali joined Citibank as an Investment Consultant. In 2003, he moved to National Bank of Oman as an Assistant Manager in the Investment Banking Division. Ali holds an MBA in Finance from Leicester University and he also obtained his International Capital Market Qualification from the Securities Institute in London.

During his year with the Humphrey Fellowship Program, Mr. Hussein would like to enhance his knowledge in the area of Investment and Finance in the international capital markets. He also hopes to broaden his horizon and enhance his skills in the area of Strategic Management.
