For the last five years, Adja Mansora Dahourou has worked for ECOBANK BURKINA, a subsidiary of an African oriented banking group, which is present in twelve West African countries. Ms. Dahourou's current responsibilities include assisting the branch manager in organizing and supervising the branch, developing and managing a growing portfolio of small and medium enterprises, and implementing the bank's credit procedures. She has a bachelor's degree and a MSc from Université de Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

During her Humphrey Year, Ms. Dahourou will focus her studies in management, finance, and entrepreneurship and will broaden her knowledge about US lending programs towards micro entrepreneurs.
