Evaluation of HIV Case Management Services, MA Department of Public Health
The Health and Disability Working Group (HDWG) is conducting an evaluation of current HIV case management activities in order assist DPH/Title I in the re-procurement process for case management services next year.

HDWG will conduct three activities to complete the case management evaluation. These include:

• A Synthesis of DPH/Title I Existing Data, including service utilization data, contractor budgets and scopes of service, DPH Regional Forum data, and chart audit data;
• A literature review of studies of HIV case management programs to identify models and outcomes; and
• Interviews with HIV case managers and program managers in DPH-funded programs across the Commonwealth. These interviews will be conducted at 11 case management programs to be selected in consultation with DPH and Title I.

Here is the final report and literature review.

HDWG staff involved in this project are Carol Tobias, Serena Rajabiun, Regina Murphy and Viviana Abuchar.
