A Web-based course, Evidence-Based Practice in Rehabilitation, is offered through the Health and Disability Research Institute. Evidence-based Clinical Practice in Rehabilitation is a post-professional, continuing education course for rehabilitation professionals. This Web-based course is designed to develop evidence-based practice knowledge and skills. The course consists of:
- Videotaped lectures by experts provide the knowledge to engage in evidence-based practice. PowerPoint presentations, text documents, and links to Internet resources supplement the lectures.
- Case studies allow application of knowledge to realistic clinical situations.
- Other course resources include links to Medline and evidence-based practice Web and guidelines.
