Driving

FROM THE NORTH

• Follow Route 1 (via Mystic/Tobin Bridge) to Route 93 South.
• Take exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue).
• At traffic light, turn right onto access road; stay in right lane.
• At end of access road, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.*

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT

• Go through the Sumner Tunnel (Route 1A South) to Expressway South.
• Take Exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue).
• At traffic light, take right onto access road; stay in right lane.
• At end of access road, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.*

FROM THE SOUTH

• Take Expressway North (Route 93).
• Take exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue). Watch for signs.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto access road; stay in right lane.
• At end of access road, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.*

FROM THE WEST

• Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) East to end.
• Take Expressway South (Route 93).
• Take exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue).
• At traffic light, take right onto access road; stay in right lane.
• At end of access road, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.*

FROM NEW YORK/CONNECTICUT/RHODE ISLAND

• Take Route 95 North to Route 93 North.
• Take exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue). Watch for signs.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto access road; stay in right lane.
• At end of access road, turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.*

• From Massachusetts Avenue, take the first right onto Albany Street.
• The School of Public Health is located on your left at 715 Albany Street, between E. Concord and E. Newton Streets.

** Please note: The directions for driving to the Boston University Medical Campus are currently correct. However, changes due to construction on the Central Artery Project may change the directions and exits in the near future. Visitors should consult updated signs.

Parking

The HDR Institute is part of the School of Public Health on the Boston University Medical Campus and is located at 580 Harrison Avenue, on the 4th floor.  580 Harrison Avenue is located two buildings directly behind 560 Harrison Avenue.  You will enter the parking lot area off Harrison Avenue.  The entrance to the parking lot is immediately after 560 Harrison Avenue.  Please contact Roseanne Monarch (rmonarch@bu.edu / 617-638-1992) to arrange for a parking pass for visitors to the Institute in that lot if needed. Availability is based on advanced notice.

After parking, walk along the lot keeping the BSC Athletic facility on your right.  Keep walking straight past the next low building. When you look up you will see a giant "580" sign on the top of our building.  Halfway down the lane is the main entrance on the right.  Take the elevator to the 4th floor and you will see the receptionist.  Tell the receptionist you have an appointment with Dr. Jette.  Dr. Jette's office is Room #47 on the Harrison Avenue side of the building.
