Religious Ministries
The Office of the University Chaplain is the center for religious life at Boston University and provides a variety of programs and services to serve persons of all faiths on campus. The staff and University Chaplains counsel and minister to the entire University community, faculty as well as students and staff.
In addition, the Office of the University Chaplain coordinates the Boston University Interfaith Initiative, an outreach program of cooperative endeavors among people of all faiths; as well as the work of the Religious Life Council, an official campus organization which considers questions of policy, group recognition, and disputes.
The Office also offers the Boston University community the opportunity to arrange weddings, baptisms, and memorial services at Marsh Chapel.
