Office of Rental Property Management
The University owns and manages apartments available to graduate students, faculty, and staff. Living in a University apartment offers twenty-four-hour emergency maintenance, the University Police Department, and the convenience of a short walk to Charles River Campus facilities.
Styles range from rooms, studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most include the heat and hot water and some may be available furnished. Apartments are available depending upon availability and are leased on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that this office does not charge a broker fee! The first month's rent, a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and a $50.00 key deposit are required prior to move in. Apartments are rented on a twelve-month basis and require a one-year lease.
