Board of Trustees
Under the charter, control of the University is vested in the Corporation, known as the Board of Trustees of Boston University. The Board of Trustees meets at least three times a year. Each year the Board elects an Executive Committee, which includes the President of the University, the Chairman of the Board, the Secretary of the Board, and the Chancellor (if elected), and normally meets those months that the full board does not meet.
