Faculties
The faculty of each School or College or other academic unit consists of the members of the teaching and research staff appointed by the Trustees. Faculty members are expected to carry out teaching, research, and administrative and other services as agreed upon with the Chairman of the department, the Dean of the School or College, the appropriate Academic Vice President, and the Provost. They are expected to attend the faculty meetings of their School or College and of the University. Each faculty determines the academic policies and procedures of its own School or College. The President and Provost are members of all faculties, ex officio.
