Article X – Meetings of the Faculty Council

Section 1

The Faculty Council shall meet at least once each month during the period September to May.

Section 2

Special meetings may be called by the Chair or by the Executive Committee.

Section 3

Fifty percent of the membership shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business.
