Article IV – Officers of the Faculty Assembly

Section 1

The President of the University shall serve as President of the Faculty Assembly.

Section 2

The Officers of the Faculty Assembly shall consist of a Chair, a Vice-Chair or Past Chair, and a Secretary-Treasurer.  These shall be the same persons who serve as the corresponding officers of the Faculty Council, having been elected pursuant to Article VIII.
