Huntington Theatre Company
The Huntington Theater Company established residency at Boston University in 1982 as a professional not-for-profit theatre. Since that time it has become one of Boston's most successful arts organizations.
The Huntington's artistic mission is to present classic works in their true spirit, and to respond to current issues by presenting literate, contemporary plays new to Boston. Each season, the Huntington presents five productions in the 890-seat Boston University Theatre, located at 264 Huntington Avenue across from Symphony Hall.
