GHI Mission

The Global Health Initiative (GHI) at Boston University Promotes Multi-Disciplinary Research, Education, Outreach and Policy Studies Across and Beyond the Boston University Community. GHI’s Goal is to Reduce Disparities in Health by Supporting the Generation and Application of Knowledge, Fostering "Global Literacy” Among our Students, and Developing Partnerships with International Health and Science Leaders, Scholars, and Practitioners around the World. Career Panel & Discussion

Boston University Student Global health Organization will convene a Career Panel & Discussion on April 2, 2008.

Looking for some career/practicum/internship advice and networking opportunities? Representatives from the Massachusetts Department of Health, Pathfinder International and Physicians for Human Rights will be sharing tips on their educational and career background, information about their organization and job, how they landed their job, useful SPH classes and skill sets, and any available opportunities at their organization. A panel discussion and Q&A will follow. You will also have a chance to speak with representatives one on one for the remainder of the time. Food will be served.
