Tanya M. Luhrmann will give the Third Annual Peter L. Berger Lecture in the Sociology and Anthropology of Religion. Luhrmann is widely recognized as one of the most important psychological and anthropological scholars of religion of our generation. She is the author of, among other works, the bestselling, When God Talks Back: Understanding the American Evangelical Relationship with God (Knopf 2012).
