GDRS (DRTS) Alumnus, Paul Cassell, Selected for Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Science and Religion

Congratulations to Paul Cassell, a recent doctoral graduate specialized in Science, Philosophy, and Religion. Paul has been selected for a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Science and Religion at Arizona State University. The Fellowship is housed in the Center for Jewish Studies, directed by Hava Tirosh-Samuelson, and his courses will be listed through the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies. As the Postdoctoral Fellow in Science and Religion, Paul will explore the interface of science and religion from historical, philosophical, sociological, and/or anthropological perspectives. He will also be a member of the faculty seminar on religion, science and technology as well as the Judaism, Science & Medicine Group (JSMG), attending annual conferences and helping advance collaborative research on Judaism, science and medicine.
