Meet Our Staff
Bonnie Jean Teitleman, LICSW
Bonnie Jean Teitleman is a licensed independent clinical social worker. After receiving her Master of Social Work from Boston University, she worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a medical and psychiatric social worker and she was a lecturer at Harvard Medical School. Along with mental and behavioral health, Ms. Teitleman has additional training and interest in organizational consultation, workplace issues, mediation, couples therapy and elder care. She is also certified in Marriage and Family Counseling and consults on ethical issues with the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
Karen Brouhard is a licensed, independent clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience. Since receiving her Master of Social Work from the Smith College School for Social Work in 1989, she has worked in a variety of mental health and medical settings. For ten years, she worked in the interpersonal violence programs at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in a range of clinical, administrative and teaching roles. When she transitioned to private practice in 2003, she was the co-director of the BIDMC Center for Violence Prevention and Recovery and a Lecturer in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She has experience working with parents of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders. She also has a longstanding interest in mindfulness and has received training in adapting mindfulness training for the workplace and in using mindfulness based cognitive therapy for depression.
Christine Moynihan, M.A.
Christine Moynihan holds a Master of History and Archives. She has experience working in Higher Education, and enjoys connecting BU Faculty and Staff to the services of the FSAO.
