Subscription Databases

These are comprehensive databases of government and non-government funding opportunities in all fields, searchable by discipline, eligibility, funding types, sponsor types, deadline, and keyword. These are available to all BU faculty and staff members through subscriptions maintained by the Office of the Vice President for Research.

    This is a comprehensive database of government and non-government funding opportunities in all fields, searchable by discipline, eligibility, funding types, deadline, and keyword.

  • University of California, Berkeley, Funding Opportunities
    This regularly updated, non-searchable site from the Berkeley Sponsored Programs Office includes both government and private funding opportunities in all fields and classifies them usefully: travel grants, equipment grants, grants for new and young faculty, postdoc grants, etc.

  • ScanGrants
    This is a searchable public service listing of grant announcements and funding sources offered by foundations, corporations, businesses, and not-for-profits for health research, programs, and scholarship.
